[摘   要]近年来,在保险需求不断升级的过程中,保险消费者权益保护也在不断加强。2019年,中国保险保障基金有限责任公司连续第五年面向全国保险消费者开展抽样调查,编制并发布了中国保险消费者信心指数。调查结果显示,2019年信心指数得分为72.1,处于信心较强区间,较上年稳步提升。消费者的消费决策更趋理性,对个性化、定制化保险产品需求更为迫切,对互联网等新型渠道的体验感不断增强,更注重为家庭规划保险,更加关注保险公司有针对性的售后服务。

China Insurance Consumer Confidence Index Team

Abstract:In recent years,while insurance demands constantly increase,the protection of lawful rights and interests of insurance consumers have also being strengthened.In 2019,China Insurance Security Fund Co.,Ltd. conducted the fifth survey among insurance consumers across the country,and published China insurance consumer confidence index. The survey shows that the consumers confidence index in 2019 is 72.1,a score being relatively strong,and registers steady improvement over the previous years. The result also indicates that consumer behaviors become more rational,and consumers have pressing needs for individualized and customized products. Moreover,consumers have stronger impression on new channels such as the Internet,and emphasize more on the planning of insurance for their families and after-sales service of insurers.
